Loved the co workers but the management is horrible

Going public was the only thing that mattered. Now stock prices is falling terribly because of poor management and board. Lay offs and losing every piece of what made doma great.

Doma didn't only lay off people who were hired recently. They laid off some of the people who've been here for over a decade and know this place better than anybody. I'm not sure they realize how much institutional knowledge this decision lost them... — read more 

Doma promised everything was great and then just laid off half of its staff with a webinar. No reason but bye. Something going on on behind closed doors. Losing clients left and right. Should be investigated

Doma hired a large bunch of people to work remotely in November and then as of today, 5.5 months later they are laying them off. Terrible decision makers and they are destroying lively hoods of families!
