Has anyone heard we will be going back to the office full time. We heard Directors were to be in the office Full Time. Everone for now 10 days in office a month required. No Exceptions.

Layoff meetings are happening today. As many as 300 individual contributors are affected. It seems that access will be removed at end of day, but insurance continues through the end of the year and a minimum of a 12 week severance.

8 more VP/Director positions removed last week. Consolidations to follow and may result in further terminations before the end of the year.

30-40 employees at the director/VP level were invited to resign!

All IT positions supporting Claims is being outsourced. Those employees last day is 11/1/23. Not sure how many are affected, but it’s quite a few people.
