I'm overjoyed to be out of there. It is a horrible place with horrendous work culture and managers who'll do all they can to take credit for your work and set you up to fail in case they see you as a threat. There is an exodus of talent and if... — read more

With no vision expect another round of layoffs before ipo. Good luck. The company is starting to sink.
Arm IPO
Heard that iPO is still planned for March 2023. Mgt must living in utopia if they think that Arm should be valued at $60B given the market conditions. Also employees were offered fewer RSU shares then prior years. Company is so cheap.
Severance
I hope the severance pay will be generous........ I hope so anyway.
Opportunities and comp

Pelion layoffs ?
Where to find more information on the Pelion (spinoff from ARM) Layoffs? I heard almost all of the management in the US were laid off and were told last week ( December 1st , 2nd and 3rd)
Time to move on
It took me less than a month to find a new job, even though I thought it wouldn't be so easy due to my age. I hope others have a similar experience with looking for a new job.
Who will be the target group?
If anyone has more details on who the target groups are, please spill the beans.
I'm terrified of being affected
I'm 52 and I've heard horror stories about how hard it is to find a job in our field at my age. I've been working at Arm for more than 15 years and I thought I'd retire from here. The idea of starting over somewhere else is scary and I'm not looking... — read more
