I thought layoffs in Asia/Pacific and Europe were finished, and mostly senior guys got let go. Nobody knows what will happen next Tuesday, but I bet the conversion rate won't be impacted.

Sounds like Barclays couldn't even get this round of cuts right, according to Bloomberg today, they are going to cut another 275 from IB in May.
