So, it happened.

I know they gave VSPs to the older folks to make them retire. I was wondering if they were going to do a performance layoff and if so, by when do y’all think?

Looks like voluntary separation starting then will bump up to involuntary to fill the rest. 3% reduction from what I have heard

Kingsport Rumors are strong. Even include hourly people. Union meetings have started again.

What do you see happening next here?

Is this a joke someone is trying to pull? How come now we are talking about layoffs in Kingsport.

Definitely not the best times to lose a job. Good luck to IO colleagues who are being let go. Is it only this plant/manufacturing line, or do we expect more to come in the near future?

What about Q3 and plans to close some manufacturing sites.
