We do have some fat, we have people who barely do anything and they are still employed by Ecolab. At the same time some of the hardest working individuals are gone. I don't know who makes these decisions but I can tell you they're not in the best... —  read more

They are doing pockets now ... the problem is by doing it in pieces moral s---s ad the good employees leave and the poor ones stay ... do it all at once and you can keep the good ones
