All support positions including shipping and receiving have been cut to 30 hours a week. Confirmed, all Saks Fifth Ave locations.

Hudson's Bay Company (OTCPK:HBAYF) agrees to a buyout at C$10.30 per share by a group of current shareholders. Hudson's Bay closed at C$9.45 on Friday. The department store operator has been exploring privatization offers since last July.
