Layoff Antonio Neri
Maybe Antonio should be laid off. But it should done the same way that he laid off tens of thousands, with “compassion”, “empathy”, “heart”, and with no chance of being rehired by hpe again.
Demoralized, disappointed and anxious
After the majority of my team got cut, among which there were many dedicated high achievers, I wonder how the management expects me to do more work than ever. Instead, the remaining employees do only enough to avoid trouble. This is completely... — read more
I was notified on DDay, 10/17 that I was WFR’d. No rhyme or reason on rationale used to decide who was let go. Suppose I drew the short straw. Get your resume ready. If you made it this year, it will probably be next year.
I was WFR’d today. Many other and a major reorg. One hand does not know what the other is doing.
HPE Greenlake Scam
Greenlake is a scam.
HPE vs CSC
Who is worse?
Let's rebrand everything. That'll fix it.
LOL. LMAO even.
My HPE Story
I left HPE in 2020 because managers began to leave R & D groups. I was lucky to get a package. I was determined to stay in my home and not relocate and find a job locally. I avoided oil-related companies but I finally found a job that I really... — read more
Greed is destroying this company
It is quite clear that they want cheaper employees. What I don't understand is how they still haven't realized that cheaper employees will not solve the problems in this company, of which there are already too many? I think that HPE is becoming... — read more

Hoping for a package
It might sound strange but I think there are many people who do everything they think could put them on the layoff list. Package would be the best way out for many. The work here no longer gives any satisfaction, the pay is not adequate. Honestly... — read more
WFRs Monday 10/17
Monday 10/17 will be the day that WFRs will happen. That gives HPE 2 weeks until the end of the fiscal year to get you off the books. As usual this will be a stealth operation and you won't know these people are gone unless you personally know them... — read more
Is there any chance that they will offer a voluntary separation package? I'm only asking because someone here mentioned this as a possibility, although I sincerely doubt it. Sounds too good to be true.
Here they go again! Layoffs coming soon
The biggest scam of a company, perpetuated by the Old Boys club of people who have been at the company 20+ years and the only thing they care about is their own survival. If this company had an ounce of innovation in it, it could thrive, but instead... — read more
Get Ready for what happens EVERY October
As happens every year, large scale layoffs will happen in October. They do this so its all on the books for this fiscal year. If your boss ghosts you over the next week or two, you know you'll be getting the call by Columbus Day
October Is Coming!!!
And it's not going to be good US employees, mark my words. Antonio and senior management have been planning this for a while and WFR will be a harsh reality for many. This a warning to get yourself ready so that it won't be such a shock. Get that... — read more
I am interested in the experiences of internal candidates. Do internal candidates have a better chance of getting a coveted position? I’m afraid of getting rejected, because then I would very likely have to quit. I'll appreciate any advice.
HPE Coasting But With A Warning
"Fiscal 2022 fourth quarter non-GAAP diluted net EPS excludes after-tax adjustments of $0.20 per diluted share, primarily related to,"transformation costs" (severance). That means WFR's in the 4th quarter.
Anyone else feeling these upcoming results won't be looking too good? We're seeing huge budget cuts for protos

Third Quarter Not Looking Good
Antonio is going to do what he does best, WFR US employees and hire cheap off-shore labor to replace them.

Everyone is talking about layoffs
I'm trying to find a new job as soon as possible. How far are we from layoffs?
Been layed off from hpe? Over 40?

How will it end for hpe? They get bought out?

Ugly FY2022Q2 earnings

Lack of support from managers
I’m not happy here because the lack of support from managers is huge. How much support do you get from your manager? I think most employees expect support, but don't get it. This leads to disengagement in the workplace. Why is that so? Why is their... — read more
