The atmosphere is very bad and I cannot rule out becoming a layoff target. Therefore I'm wondering how generous the company is with their severance packages?

Entire policies, procedures and training team is gone! I'm told that they posted 57 'jobs' on company site that anyone within J&J can apply for. Sounds like people in that group (HCC) should get out while they can!!!
