Recently received a job offer for Claim Team Manager. Does anyone recommend working at Liberty over State Farm. Would be a 30% pay raise, but don’t want to jump from one bad situation into an even worse situation.

Sales goal was once 42 and this month its 123 meaning you will struggle all month just to barely make a check. Goals are ridiculous leading to mass burn out of sales staff in the DRCs. Nothing is ever good enough here
