Hey, Just wanted to update and say that a huge number of layoffs happened on the 27th of January. From what i heard it was mostly back office teams like the quality auditors and design teams.

New Employees in the Philippines don't know what they are doing and are unable to answer questions. Requests for Supervisor to get an answer gets a promise to call in 24 hrs. No call ever comes. This is happened twice. Impossible service.
