I don't know how many but I was one of them. Age 63, solid performance history. My age and salary made me a target.
So far a very high percentage of the people let go were nearing retirement age.

I think what happened here at Modine is textbook case age discrimination. Is there something that can be done about it? A class-action lawsuit? Anything?
