Do you think there may be small/medium/large Nuance Communications layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

We aren’t acquiring Splunk…we are merging. Per CR: “our agreement to combine Cisco and Splunk”.

Hi wanted to know the expected salary range and TC for a Principal Sales Engineer and is Nuance relatively stable compared to actually working for a product team in Microsoft ?

Anyone would care to chime in with a prediction about potential Nuance Communications layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

What is on your mind - what should be done and what we've done good so far? Where is all of this going?

So what else is new with this silly excuse for a technology company. This time it involved, believe it or not, well-deserved departures. Seriously, though, always staffed with petty execs and there seems to be never a shortage of them.

Round 2 happened today!

A friend of mine interviewed for a Temp HR job for the Melbourne location. Position would be for 4 months and was to prepare for a large layoff. 4 months to prep - that's going to be a HUGE layoff!

Am also one of the 400. Got my walking orders yesterday. I was pretty upset yesterday but today I feel a huge sense of relief. Don't look forward to having to look for another job but I know God will provide a job.
