The cuts since the NXP takeover seem to have been heavily FSL based? Is this because labor laws are nonexistant and its easy? The merger was not 1+1=2, it seems that revenues are about. FSL only had about 18000 employees to begin with. I wonder what... — read more 

Last year all was fairly good, now all of the sudden things move, people are complaining and there are rumors about layoffs in Eindhoven.

How is the RSU allotment in NXP? Does NXP provide RSUs to everyone in G4?. With NXP remaining independent do we expect a grant this time around? Previous company used to provide good number of RSUs that would vest annually.
