What will happen once the companies are merged into a single one? Are they going to try to consolidate operations? Back office? Who will be more affected, PHH or Ocwen?

Heard a rumor that the Ocwen takeover is not going to happen in September. Postponed until 1st quarter of 2019

Now what? I love how they are telling us that nothing will change, no layoffs, this is a partnership not an acquisition .... does anyone know or have any ideas what the actual plan is? Business as usual, right? Cmon, we're not that stupid.
