I fully anticipate Pulte pulling back at the end of this year or beginning of next . The housing market is going to tighten up and as we all know they are very reactive .

Lost my job in 2010, it's all good now but I know Pulte has some issues right now, I think that whole acquisition of Centex did not pan out as good as they expected
