I work in the northeast as an ACE and see how slow and unproductive sites are becoming. Most sites it’s a lot of sitting around doing nothing. This is the onsite staff as well. No wonder layoffs are occurring.

What are the chances layoffs will continue tomorrow?

Had a emergency meeting knew that was bad. Akira did not paint a good picture when the company did not meet it goals last quarter. Today guys were let go and we were told all thru the company all divisions.

Revolution Retail has torn this company apart! More time and resources are spent on these machines than Ricoh machines. Management made a huge error giving Revolution everything they want

Heard that Ricoh has outsourced their Service Techs to a 3rd party in many parts of the US. Most were given a choice of joining the 3rd party or leaving the company. I hope they got a nice severance package if they decided on the latter.
