Is there going to be any reorg or Sohu.com layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Sohu is a Chinese company, very lean but some great engineers - there are no layoffs no big deal but we'll see what happens in 2016 as many people are concerned that Sohu's growth might be stalling now and that they will be put in wrong position
