Easy to beat Refinitiv when you don't have a restructure every 18 months for the past 10 years.
Whether its right or wrong, they have a consistent profile and message to the market and arent trying to be all things to every sector of the market.
They pickup the unhappy clients from refinitiv, even with a slightly inferior product, and show a strong and experienced face to the market.

Yes but we've hired a few of their best to train us to become like them. Mono product and inflexible contracts and pricing. Looks like the innovation has gone fro the company. We. Old have learnt from the new innovative challengers who have great product at 1/10th of the price per desktop...
