I worked there, it not a surprise that the company is in the c-apper. The management s—, they think they know everything. Look at the results from not listening to employees.

They also could give a c-ap about customers they just want to sell unnecessary junk to them. They really don't want to help customers unless they buy an add-on.

Last week our systems were down for hours over multiple days. Awful. Worst systems ever.

This is what I’ve seen as well. Good customers service is spoken about but it is only Lip service. As they make employees have to fight with other departments to get work done and enforce use of automated systems that don’t work.
