The only problem I see is you just dont get it. Without the strong layers of VPs, how else would we have come up with Unison, QRS and one piece of fruit day. Be careful what you ask for. Without the VPs I see execution in the toilet.

Hey, we probably needed another VP right? Our overhead is just shy of $20 am hour, so no biggie. We have vp's 3 and 4 deep on some reporting lines, anyone else see a problem? Ratio of employees to exec labor grades is approx 30 to 1 in Houston and dropping fast. Part of the 9/24 announcement has got to address the overhead issue.

I vote Dan Spinks leader of the year......

I feel much better knowing that CH/AB have also been spending time hiring a new HR Executive VP. Timing of the announcement of a new highly compensated exec was particularly awesome and encouraging as it was practically at the same time that the stock was hitting a new 16 year low.
