Imagine giving it all you got, using all your abilities to achieve a goal, giving a big contribution to the projects, and still you;re in danger of losing your job. At least that’s the way management treats the employees. When a company in our line of business cares only bout the bottom line nothing good can come from that. If things continue to be done this way, not only will all the talent be long gone in a couple of months, but also I don’t see any knowledgeable person that would want to work for Aptean.
Did Aptean offer severance pay/packages when they started layoffs? Was it two weeks pay if they did, or was it more of one week for every year worked, etc...? Wife's company is being bought by them.
