Lots of nepotism at Oasis, people in decision making positions with no experience and absolute clueless! Oasis is a “not what you know Company, but a who you know company.” I the last another year I would be surprised!
Terrible leadership at the VP level. There are a lot of really good people in that company that are not allowed to make decisions and its frustrating. They still have great assets though, so it will be interesting to see if they can execute and bring forth shareholder value.
That place is a complete dumpster fire.
As a current oasis worker I have heard of multiple layoffs to Sr. engineers and marketing individuals as well. They are getting severance pkgs so that is a sigh of relief, but Oasis is a Top heavy company who expanded too fast too meet requirements set by wall street. A lot of individuals who don't add value to the organization need to go.
Oasis needs to go back to what they know and are good at, too many chiefs, zero leadership and wanting to do it like everyone else has cast us millions and hurt our path
