When I interviewed with my new company, one of the first questions I asked them was "how reliable is the technology?" They made me explain what I meant. I said "does it work? does it crash regularly?" They said "it is 2019, who has technology that crashes regularly?"

We have been down since last week. Every single day.
I can tell you this for a fact: upper management has absolutely NO idea what is wrong, how to fix it, and how to prevent it from occurring.

This company is where good people go to die. GET OUT.

I wonder if Pearson is still the sh*t or if RB & KC think we’ve lost any of our swagger. (And to think, according to folks, KC was telling people at the NSM, “I question your intelligence if you leave.” What a total dingleberry.

Oh, stop. Everything is fine. Kids are partying at this point in the semester anyways. We'll gladly take the cash, lament the horrific performance of our platforms, and then figure everything else out later.

Just sign up. We take all credit cards, even Diners Club and Discovery. It's all good.

But our systems may be down. So either try again or contact your rep.

They were down almost everyday last week too. Place & products are a joke. Rather than investing in better products or servers, we try to change the delivery method (IA) and trick student/faculty into thinking they are getting some k–ler deal...

If I were an instructor I wouldn’t use a Pearson product. Too buggy and hard for students to use. Thank god I don’t need to sell this clunky platform any longer. Stop b–ching and get a new job where you can believe and be proud of your products.
