This is exactly what s—s about this company is the zero lack of communication. From all sides. From upper management to local managers. Seriously keep us call center employees in the loop. We would like to know if we have a job or not!

We getting some free pizza today. This company is all about the employees! This job is so much better than my last job.
No way I like the cheesesteaks. Plus it gives all the coaches and leads a day to do even less work than normal. Poor souls are so overworked! Now where’s that cart at.....
If the company streamlined a lot of there processes and updated there antiquated systems, I could guarantee you customer service would be so much better, and it would result in millions of dollars be ing saved in unnecessary credits and churn. The company knows what it needs to do to address the issue; however it’s on the brink of bankruptcy and seriously can’t afford to implement these changes. Instead of giving us ice cream, nachos, cheesesteaks, etc.. How about the company provide us with tools that will make our job more efficient and meaningful.

I have to agree with Shamika on this one. My coach always communicates with me and so does our director. In fact, we got free ice cream last week. It was real ice cream too, not that fake stuff. I love my job.
You people are being to hard on management. They have our best interests at heart. My coach always tells me that he has my back and I believe him.
Hey Genius, do you think management is going to tell you the truth about the company failing? Management is only going through the progressions because they don’t want any liability. The company does not want to fix the network. Management is only concerned about their bank accounts and short term profits.
