Thread regarding Telstra Corp. Ltd. layoffs

What a joke this position is! I got fired a few months ago for posting on social media on a site similar to At&t humor haha and Im happy for that. I want to give people a heads up to stay the f— away! They monitor everything you do and make you work 13 hour shifts without overtime. Last I was there, I was even working Sundays basically 7 days a week. To makes matters worse they trained me to provide customer service but beware!! All they care about is numbers and zero customer service. I couldnt take the pressure of lying to customers anymore so i cracked and even took therapy. Nothing but Illegal practices that make me sick to my stomach so please do not accept this fake manager position. I dont wish it upon anybody. Oh, I can finally sleep at night thank God.
