That’s pathetic. In my days at BNCollege the bonus for meeting plan was +20%, and with escalators I commonly received 30-35%.

Gone are the days we were inspired to do what we needed to do for our bonus. Remember, meeting goals gives you 6%, if your salary is as low as mine, is it really worth it to k–l yourself for?
2%raise isnt a raise, it is less than a cost of living increase. Don't work overtime, don't cut staff, don't go above and beyond.

That is really sad. What kind of toxic company allows employees to retire without even celebrating their work and accomplishments for the company. Your manager, rm, gvp and home office HR are terrible. But that is the Follett we all work or used to work at. Take care of yourselves as the company does not care about you.

Work your butt off now so you still won’t be able to take off a few hours early after rush when they force us to reduce all of the hourly associates.

Take care of yourself first! This company doesn’t care about their employees, especially those in the field. Recently retired after working hard, dedicated to make store successful & others, no thank you for your service, dedication, not even an email from RM. now waiting for accrued vacation time.
So sad, even a formulated thank you letter from pc would be appreciated.
