How can I sit in the managers office listening to his 10 versions of the same topic every two days about the business plan...and then usually about Thursday we hear about low hour capture. So do I charge the customer for the time spent listening to the endless rhetoric? Or do I take the lump personally so I am not at least 90 percent captured? This is borderline harassment we thinks.
Just wishing for this t–d to finally sink so I can flush it once and for all.
