I just got a bill from July 2018, stating it wasn't paid, I called Aetna and asked why a bill from over a year ago wasn't paid. They said because of the receivership. That happened way after my procedure. I also had a very expensive medical month after being laid off at the end of September 2018. So I paid for COBRA. I was told by Aetna to get a lawyer.... I hope I do not get more of these bounce back bills... insult to injury. errrrr

Ive gotten many bills for Drs and hospitals starting from july 2018 on. Aetna claims they recieved a letter from the reciever to stop paying all claims, even though they were paid. I dont believe BAS was paid though. But the employees had the their portion taken out of their checks! I was on dialysis last year, and got a transplant. Ive got tens of thousands in unpaid bills. Theres got to be a way to file a class action suit

Getting hit with a ton of bills as well–thousands of dollars. One of them was just sent to collections that was supposed to be 100% covered by insurance.
If BAS knew DCEH didn't have the money to cover the claims, why did they keep approving procedures as being covered and not let us know about this?!
NONE–ZERO of my claims for 2019 have been covered. All these unpaid bills are now expected to be paid by the patient in full.
What is the Receiver doing about this?! Can't believe something isn't being done to protect all the former employees from this fraud.
Best action is to go public with a popular media that will gladly expose their bs – dream center is still operating
I have two medical bills for some wisdom teeth I got removed back in January of this year. I currently owe $3,218.56 for wisdom teeth extraction. I don't know how I owe this because I was paying my insurance which was some company called BAS. I am heartbroken that I have to pay all this damn money.
