Then they lie and claim it’s the vendor raising the fee.... uh huh... this from a company who sticks cheap term life insurance marketing, mailing labels for 80% off, and the Bradford exchange advertisements for Betty Boop collectors plates in your bill.

Agree, we are using broken systems with corrupt data since 2016 CTF sale, moving are tech support overseas,Philippines I believe ,creates many issues besides language barrier,keep cutting costs but not Danny boys salary,its as if they are trying to fail,,Love my job,Hate the company
