Verizon offloaded all of their worst assets into Frontier, and Frontier actually paid them for the pleasure of doing so. Read the DSLReports coverage of the transactions from years back. Verizon were intentionally neglecting, for example, their POTS infrastructure in these areas to either somehow force the conversion over to IP, or get more free money from the feds to put into this rotting network.

Instead Frontier actually BOUGHT this headache from Verizon, and were shocked when they realize they got a bunch of failing networks that needed billions in maintenance and repairs, and were on the hook for much more.

Who f'ing knows why the MBAs in the Frontier C-Suites though it was a good idea to buy any of this, but they own it now, and their company and workforce are ultimately paying the price of the purchase.

If CWA will help you move to a different company that isn't heading for an ice berg while simultaneously on fire but the firefighters can't be reached because they're in India, make the switch.

Sorry it s—s so much there right now.

This company will never be profitable until they clean house with upper level management. These people have no idea how to run a company and keep blaming the employees for their poor decisions. Employees have nothing to do with the poor decisions management has made. Our stock price per share before we bought the CTF Properties was $105 a share. Now we are at $1. Frontier management under-estimated the value of the Verizon acquisition right away resulting in a huge mistake of I heard $10 million right off the bat. That resulted in layoffs of employees due to management miscalculations. As a company, they told us they would never use foreign labor, our motto was American Only when Maggie was here. Now they have people who program services in India, and technical support that no one can get through to for hours in the Philippines. Their equipment for employees is totally outdated, computers are clocking constantly and they cannot afford to buy new systems, using DPI which is highly outdated. To top it off, they tell the call center sales employees that because the company is doing bad, they have to cut all sales employees commissions drastically and the minimum hourly pay they pay is equivalent to working at McDonalds, $15 to $18 a hour. What kind of company does not pay commission on a commission-based job? Shame on the management at Frontier. They need to clean house of these upper management people who make these decisions. Please just give us a severance package and let us walk at this point. Upper Management, YOU are no longer worthy of all the dedicated employees who have given Frontier their all to make this company. It is disgusting and revolting how you have made this company worthless and especially how you have treated loyal dedicated employees who have families to feed.

Here we are again... stock price barely over a dollar (not factoring in the reverse split value which would cause them to pay you to sell this stock its such hot trash), the IBEW/CWA still s—s and blames management instead of senior leadership and the CEO and themselves for trying to squeeze even more out of the bankrupt company to extend contracts that likely wont need to exist in three years unless the company sells entirely to someone that has more than just a pulse, trolls still claiming this company can somehow turn a profit because as we have seen the business customers have been chomping at the bit to buy cloud based services which have been available to them for over 3 years but they have been loyally holding out until a competent company like Frontier rolls it out so they can lose all important proprietary information all at once...and yet, still no bankruptcy filing. I wish I could live in a delusional world like these people do.

This proves that Frontier is on the upswing. My coach told me that we would be a profitable company and and he was right.

Probably upper management purchasing shares to continue and try to pospone the inevitable bankruptcy . As a long time employee of vz/ ftr all I can say is file for bankruptcy already , lay us all off so we can move on . I’m ready for some funemployment benefits and time off .. This company is an embarrassment .
