Anyone seem to notice how tenured Outfitters and Leads are being pushed away? Is this because they know how good Cabela’s use to be and management doesn’t want them in the ear of new, inexperienced outfitters describing the good ol’ days? Food for thought.

hmmm it has been past history when a single number is posted we will be getting a visit from.......well you know who.
This seems to be a common thread and trend amongst all companies, the removal and replacement of tenured employees for younger less experienced and less expensive individuals.
You can thank the greedy Cabela's family for selling out. They got the gold we all got the shaft.
That plus the fact that it costs more to keep tenured outfitters on the payroll.
