Central West Texas is cherry picking clinic by clinic and downsizing the hourly employees. Medical Assistants, MOS, Nurses no rhyme of reason to the staff selected, they aren’t saying lay-off they are trying to fire based on performance but they have a number to meet. Started 7/29/19.

Same happened to me. 12 years, four promotions then fired for poor performance. This 30 year old kid didn’t like me so my old butt was out the door with nothing. Didn’t matter that I had three small kids and a mortgage to pay. The manager who fired me was having an affair with him and promoted him after firing me. So glad to be out of that place. Ended up getting a fantastic career after that HCA said I was never qualified for.
Yes I was let go yesterday after 11 year with Memorial,no severance pay ect ,
