Aggressively? No. Stupidly. It's monkey see, monkey do with Intermountain.
Lack of good leadership, poor treatment of employees. Cost over all other factors such as safety, employee relations. Treat your employees the way you would want to be treated.
Leadership is clueless and weak at best.
They expect employees to follow the rules but do not follow the rules themselves. They cut people but not management.
They lie, don’t require some employees to follow rules, play favorites. In the last 1.5 years I have seen the department go downhill. I am so happy to not be a part of the unethical department any more, good bye!!!
