Sounds like Risk management has some inside jobs , as they say it’s the least person you’d think was dishonest , Citizens has some sneaky creative criminals that just haven’t got caught yet , the sugar coated BS artists these sleazy so called very honest Dishonest money money greedy bunch of crooks!!!
There has been a long term plan to consolidate risk and compliance. In 2017, they combined compliance and operational risk. That was phase 1. The next phase is to combine second line risk and compliance and then reduce need for front line risk people as they move towards digital transformation. They are looking to reduce risk and compliance headcount by 40%. This information was shared with me by an evp who sits on the executive leadership team. This is why I left the firm. To get out before the carnage begins.
