Crickets still chirping??? Still no word. Best kept secret. It's too bad, so many co-workers are leaving for better jobs. There are really no incentives to stay... This company will.not stay profitable if the foundation that built some areas continue to leave.

This is the quietest management has ever been about raises...20+ years and they can't even say yes or no...

Technically Sept 9th is the pay period the raises would be reflected on, however I'm not holding my breath. Our office keeps getting shadier and shadier about everything...

Who wants to bet that Sept. 9th will come and go and we still won’t hear about our raises?

They must have decided to keep it for themselves! My boss hasn’t confirmed if we are getting anything yet.

I guess the exec's decided to keep it for themselves....

My sup and their manager said in a meeting today that they were supposed to hear from upper mgmt about raises this past Monday but no decision ever came down to them. Not sure that I believe them but that's the story they're sticking with.

Still no word from my manager on how much, if any, I would get for a raise. Anyone hear anything yet from their managers?

I've seen some terrible employee review processes and ratings systems over the years, but Intrado's takes the prize for the most sadistic. It's not unlike the old GE Jack Welch "cut the bottom 10%“ every year system. (That GE system has proven so dysfunctional and counterproductive that most have since dropped it. Why? Smart companies realized that good managers proactively coach people, especially those who aren't performing, and make tough decisions without a system that forces everyone to pay the price for bad management.) Intrado's is worse. The rating scale is miniscule, almost assuring everyone is magically a 2. But it's worse than that. Intrado managers are pressured to stack rank - with only 3 levels. So managers who have strong teams with several great people are left in a position to argue why none of their people deserve a 1, even though the system says some have to be a 1. Otherwise, why have a rating of 1, right? 🙄 Again, sadistic. Meanwhile, layoffs continue to happen on a near monthly basis, execs keep polishing the PowerPoints to convince everyone that all things Intrado are fantastic, and the best remaining employees become free agents on the open market, not deciding if they'll leave but when.

No one in our division even gets 3’s. We have been specifically told that everyone got 2’s. There threshold for perfect 3’s is too high. If you auctually read the requirements for perfect 3’s is is almost impossible to get. I have verified this with other overachievers in our department and out of 15 others we all got 2’s. We used to have a ton of people stay late or work from home after hours and that has virtually stopped. This place turns into a ghost town at 5pm everyday now.
Intrado if your reading this. Stop f—ing your good employees with this dumb a– 1,2,3 system. You need at least a 1-5 system to properly rate employees. There is a big gap between 66% and 100%.

I got 6% for a 3 last year.

looks like inflation was a little more than 2% last few years.

you are actually making less at west than you did last year.

It has always been if you get a 2 then your raise is 2% and 3’s are 3%. So for me it is like $0.54 more an hour. Ugh! That is just a cost of living raise not a raise to pay you your worth.

btw they aren't paying out unused PTO any more if you quit (unless state law requires it). So if you are trying to leave, use up all your PTO quick.

i heard that we are but they dont know how much yet. Supposed to know by the end of august and raises take effect sept 9.

Also I got a 2 because my previous manager quit a month ago and my new manager doesn't know me yet. Pretty f—ing cool huh? Iv'e gotten all 3s on my previous reviews.

Seriously doubt whether they will give raises!

It's a one year membership in the jelly of the month club. The gift that keeps on giving the whole year.

Yeah well I have been busting my a– and still only got a 2 because they could only give a 3 to 20% and that means no matter what I do u can never get a 3 so I not going to do more than I have too to not get fired now

Had my performance review this week, my supervisor wasn’t advised by management if we were getting raises or not yet but I got my overall score of a 3. He said he would let me know when he finds out.

We were told yes to merit raises. Management didn't know how much.
