We are becoming Inter mountain east and no one has ever heard of Intermountain.
They took the reporting team and made them reapply for their jobs. BUT ..... they upped what the requirements for their jobs were so some people who had been doing a job for years were no no longer qualified to do their jobs.
And if the system is doing so bad... how about stop buying every hospital in the state?
Apparently this is what has happened to someone I know that is STILL on furlough since mid April 2020.
I feel for my friend. She is a dedicated and hard worker who rarely misses work. Has worked her way up and now her job description was re-written and was told she is not qualified for the position.
How can a company get away with this kind of treatment to their employees?! This has been running rampant with this organization for a long time from my understanding with other people that I know who works for and people who have worked for Integris.
