Frontier is stalling for what? They should just give us what we want so we can at least have 3 years of peace and mind.

Hey Frank. If you’re the same fool who trained some of these new hires in 2016 in the CTF foot print !! Then you don’t have a lot of room to talk. Because those guys were totally unprepped.
Do what Wv did..... Just walk out!
Yeah where the hell is the union on this? Must be formulating their own exit strategy behind the scenes.
IBEW has been silent for 3 weeks.
You guys are lucky. We wanted to work under an extended contract in WV. They locked us out when our contract expired and had replacement workers already lined up.
There is no extension date. They are working off the last contract and either side can terminate it with 90 days notice. And since there are no updates coming out of IBEW there is a good chance that Frontier will do so and then restart negotiations at a 40% pay cut. There is literally nothing in the contract that Frontier can be gunning for other than lower wages because IBEW already lost on healthcare, pensions, holidays, etc over the years when the other contracts were negotiated. Wages are the only thing left.
Rumor is Fla. contract extended to 10/19 same time as CT is set to expire.
Can you blame them really? I trained probably half the employees at Frontier and I know what’s going on. Former fast food workers are the bulk of the employees at Frontier. IBEW has destroyed Frontier because IBEW represents a bunch of dummies.
