I’m a fairly new retiree (my choice, toxic environment). I recently stopped by the DT campus and was stunned by the lack of gray hair. “Futurists” are important but so are “maintainers”. Complex products = need for experienced knowledge workers. Duh? Things are far from stable.

I stop at the Franklin campus yearly to chat with friends, and the dress code is nonexistence. You can literally come to work in your PJs or with holes in your cloths.
I've had the same reaction every time I log onto LinkedIn. More and more people with little to no experience, and people in IT roles with no IT degree. Schlifske is clueless and has no coherent strategy for this company.
