PEOPLE ARE NOT WORKING ON NEW PRODUCTS AND SATISFYING THE CUSTOMERS THEY ARE WORKING ON LOOKING FOR NEW JOBS. THE CONSTANT QUARTERLY EMPLOYEE SURVEYS ARE VIEWED AS BROW BEATING. FOLKS ARE GIVING GOOD MARKS IN HOPES THE SURVEYS END. THE HR EXEC IS SOMEONE WHO THINKS SHE KNOWS EVERYTHING AND DOES NOT ACCEPT FEEDBACK, SHE SHOULD GO. PEOPLE AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS.

Re: HR surveys, you might be on to something. Scores in my group have gone up recently without much actual action taking place to raise them (at least not yet). People giving higher scores to make the surveys go away could explain that. But I'm not sure why they find the surveys so annoying because they could always just ignore the emails. People close to the CHRO will say she loves feedback. They'll make a point of saying it, but I have good reason to believe that isn't true.
I was in the meeting where a VP of PD said just that. Two days later attended a meeting where the ADC GM said essentially the same thing. Epically poor leadership skills for leaders tasked with transforming the business.
PD is a dumpster fire. Kara has no idea what she is doing and neither do her VPs. Modular is a joke.
Our CHRO is dog sh_t. And overpaid at 3.8M per year or whatever. No wonder she spends so much time publicly kissing FLD's a–.
And FLD is a COO who got promoted too far. No vision, just Diversity & Inclusion.

Was in Seattle for Aspire. What I picked up was new employees (less that 1 year were happy)...anyone over a year not so happy. Spoke with folks in PD...sounds like a toxic environment. Heard from a few people they are told 'either like it or leave' by the PD Exec.....
