Trust is the currency and economy is based on trust so better work on this if you want to repair NetApp.

Of course, there are places in every company where it is good to be, it's not black and white. But, people have still the right to criticize the directions which have put the company they are part of in danger (real or not, future will say). And that's a positive aspect that they care for the company they're in (internal survey). You should consider yourself grateful if you are at the good place at the good time, hoping that you will not sink with the boat if any damageabe situation arise (and it always happen).

Anyway in every situation executive responsible for strategic errors are not paying the bill at last but get rewarded, but that's since the beginning of the world.

No, I'm gainfully employed by a very good company. I'm enjoying the work and thriving. Delusion is where you live. I'm getting paid every-other-week and will continue doing so for the foreseeable future. Keep trolling NetApp though. The entertainment value is priceless.

You are delusional. Our management was crowing about CDS revenue growing from $30 million to $60 million. What percentage of our revenue is that? It's a joke and a drop in the bucket. Henris severance package is more. The company isn't even able to accurately pay the field on cloud deals. Storage Grid sales are even more minuscule. Giving free HCI to customer who never even take it out of the box. Overseeding may work on your lawn but not for that product.

Amazon and Google will eventually squeeze NetApp out of the picture.

I'm surprised you haven't bragged about the Ducati relationship or the DreamWorks partnership which is about to be unraveled.

The game is over. Stock buybacks and cloudy revenue is not a strategy for long term profitability.

Whosoever posted this nonsense and the followup replies are lying through their teeth. CDS is booming...and the company as a whole is rebounding...don't believe me...wait for the next earnings release then you can open your pie hole.

There were reps last year who generated more revenue than those groups have done in an entire quarter. Maybe that's why management capped their earnings so that they didnt outshine entire product lines.

I’m confused, why would they target the cloud group if cloud data services is the group that pulled in revenue last quarter.

Management at NetApp has completely lost the employees respect. So many of us simply waiting for a package. I'm not surprised that these groups/products are being targeted since none of them are generating measurable revenue. It's past the point of no return.
