Saw this and reminded me of what we do... we layoff employees after promising layoffs are done... then we “reduce the size” of our ELT, granting two members 36 month severance packages...

The excuse by HR is “we have to be compensation compatible with our benchmarking companies” but in reality, our leaders enrich themselves while tossing out small RSU’s to the minions. These guys are hypocrites, liars, and perfect examples of the Peter Principle.
