Verbal attack’s on the c-suite won’t be tolerated, but somehow their incompetence will be. Head of sales, fails to hit target 4 quarters in a row quarters. Then gets promoted to CEO after Jerry leaves. Then continues to miss the next 4 quarters after that. Then lays off people that actually built the company way before he showed up, but somehow still gets to keep his job. And you’re worried about his feelings getting hurt?

We need to lose another 10% quickly. Sorry, need to shed 40% - 50% total, so that the company can survive. The RIF rate should be 5% more than the SH decline rate.

Not sure what the OP is talking about and what can be reported. Admins of this site keep the site clean of all personal insults and foul language cause it violates their rules, and they do it on regular basis. Hell, they don’t even allow naming non-public figures.
They’ve blocked me once just for mentioning a colleague, had to switch IP in order to post again.

“It’s been a tough year for many of us...” the “us” excludes the incompetent and tone deaf leadership team. For them, it’s been a great year with unwarranted promotions. No reason to believe why this company wouldn’t succeed.
