Just go notified that my team will expect to absorb a good chunk of their health care costs in 2020 and all "raises" will be on the bonus/commission side with nothing added to their base. Legacy HWX people are going to really gripe about this.
We have been told to reduce the number of RSUs awarded to new hires and we will likely see "options" instead going forward (which are already underwater for everyone on my team as it is) as cash burn is managed.
Expect open reqs to go unfilled for the foreseeable future. This is a moot point as we can't get anyone to replace the 10+ that left in Sept and the 5 that already left in Oct. Hiring people don't want to answer our calls these days as they are unable to fill positions from even 3 months ago.
