Thread regarding ConAgra Foods Inc. layoffs

Remember way back when ...

Sean started as CEO and the stock was 29 a share... wasn’t one of his cute MBA phrases “unlock hidden value”. Well looking. At the price almost 5 years later someone give him the keys to the lock.

Stock hasn't gone anywhere in years. Sales stagnant other than Covid.

Um, there was also a spin off of a little company called Lamb Weston. You need to add in the value of those shares when making a comparison pre and post spin.

And we, the "be glad you have a job" people got screwed to pay for that.

Connolly broke his no-compete clause with Tyson to join ConAgra and had to shell out beacoups of $$ to avoid getting his a$$ sued.

Some really shady financial dealings went on with the Pinnacle Foods purchase. Funny...the only people who made out like bandits are CONnolly, his c-apweasles, and the Board of Directors. Love see a few if these guys in prison.
