As I can see, the rumors are the layoffs in customer support in the US are done for now for now and that the brunt of the layoffs has been shifted to Europe and Asia. Has it already started? If this is really the case, is it too early to know the extent of the cuts and which parts have been hit the most?

Yes, UK layoffs have been happening - doing them as Settlement Agreements so they don't have to declare redundancies
