They say that a large turnover rate is is a true indicator of how poe the work conditions and work atmosphere are at a certain company. With that said, it’s obvious what a dump of a company we’ve become. People are leaving at a faster pace than one can remember their names, and on top of all that, understaffed and overworked workforce is threatened by layoffs every couple of months. I mean, is anyone going to be left to do the actual work in the end. For me, all of this is a true indicator that we’re in a downward spiral that we can hardly get out of. I’ll be sure to start looking for other job options ASAP.
