Too many technicians spent too much time beautifying equipment installations that no customer saw, and meant nothing to the bottom line. Had incompetent FTS regional management not burdened field techs with make-work and administrative tasks and focused on only essential tasks, Essintial Technologies wouldn't now be taking their jobs.

Network equipment was never seen by the customer and to say beautifying it (good cable management) and not just throwing it in a closet to overheat and stop RX fill is a poor statement. A proper IT closet not under the FEM's desk would have taken less room then the isle that has motor oil on display...nobody buys motor oil for 9 dollars a quart. There are so many reasons this company failed, but FTS wasn't one of them.
