Thread regarding Molson Coors Brewing Co. layoffs

Molson Coors to close Denver office and layoff 500

Looks like selling beer isn't what it once was.

The new headquarters will be in Chicago and you can best bet any duplicate jobs under MillerCoors will mean the MolsonCoors people get the cut. It is not cost effective to relocate people to a new office where someone already does that same job.

Oh well.

Chicago??? LMAO. No thank you. Crime rate is ridiculous.

OMG, Chicago has the highest crime rate in the country. What a bummer to have to relocate there. It’s also very expensive and no where near as nice as Colorado. I’d rather find another job than relocate to a concrete jungle with all that crime. I’ll bet they get bought out by a bigger company next year anyway and then even more layoffs. Not worth relocating.

Withe the devastating storms last year and now early this year, crops are being destroyed...I expect the beer companies to go under quick. No future in beer companies.

Better find a new industry to work in, quick.

It’s a nice way to layoff the over age 50 VP level. You can hire younger to do same job cheaper.

just think... some will relocate to Chicago only to be "laid off" in another year when they still can't meet expectations. No one drinks that c-ap anymore.
