Thread regarding Devon Energy Corp. layoffs

When will AP be outsourced?

This group could easily be outsourced and save the company several million a year. EASILY. I’ve heard everyone in AP wants out so it’s a win-win.

Losing less than they are taking in... I guess that's better than losing more than they are taking in. Paycom (founded 21 years ago) is growing and expanding. Stock price a year ago $127, today at $213. Not knocking Workday, but not bashing Paycom either.

Know people at Paycom. It’s a leaky bucket where they are losing less than they are taking in. They are only setup to handle domestic companies so it’s a matter of time before they burn though their client base.

Paycom employees treated like slaves???
That's interesting... I know many people who work at Paycom who absolutely love it there. Never heard one complaint from them. I'm not trying to be combative and the thumbs down doesn't bother me..this is the first time I've ever heard anything negative about Paycom.

Esplain - workday market cap is more than double that of Paycom. Their app also usually works and they don’t treat their employees like slaves.

Workday...$161.00 a share Stockton, CA.
What's wrong with Paycom...$212.00 a share OKC, OK?

At least use a good HR company like Workday and stay away from Paycom

Another area that could be outsourced, HR. Paycom can handle a lot of those duties. Makes no sense to have it in house with how small the company is now.
